FREE PREDICTION DATA

A fairer path to warm, dry homes starts with knowing what the data means.

Our mission is simple; give everyone the information and help they need to live in dry, warm, mould free homes.

Warm Homes grants are opening up and new damp rules are coming for rented and social homes.  Unfortunately there is not enough trained staff to get to all properties and make asessments and provide the tailored advice.

We believe you deserve to know what is really happening in your home and which fix makes the biggest difference. So we built the data for 20 million homes and backed it up with sensor data.

The scale of the challenge is big for many areas of the UK.  We believe in removing the worry and confusion.

For portfolio managers we will help you find the vulnerable homes that need help but your repairs history has never seen them. For individuals and landlords, we will give you a free report to get your started on your journey to bettter performing homes.

In Newham and Brent’s low-income areas, 9 in 10 privately owned and rented homes rated D to G are at risk of mould in an average winter.  Contact us to find the homes that need help the most

Five years of research, checked on the ground.

We have spent five years learning how to use housing data the right way, with the people who build, run and live in homes.

We have worked with Landlords, Housing Associations, Councils, Construction companies, Universities, Maintenance teams.

Every prediction is tested against real homes with sensors and is backed by RdSAP 10, BRE, BS5250, BS EN ISO, MHCLG standards and guides.

Why the usual advice often misses the truth.

Getting it wrong costs: the wrong fix, the same mould next winter, a complaint that drags on. And the new damp rules are coming to private renting, with fines up to £7,000, and up to £40,000 for serious or repeated breaches.

Tell the tenant to open the windows?

In 887,000 private rented homes the walls have never been insulated and heating already takes more than a tenth of local income. Airing well would keep the walls dry, but every open window lets out heat the tenant can't afford. Fix the walls, and check the fans are working.

Just insulate the walls?

Increase in fuel prices and heating types matters. 9 in 10 insulated rented homes are at risk of mould if the heating is cut to 16 °C and washing is dried indoors. At 18 °C with some airing, hardly any are. How the home is lived in decides it.
